Molon Lavé olive oil is exclusively obtained from olives, of the same crop year. It is not mixed with olive oil of different years or different varieties.
The production team consists of 523 olive oil producers with 9500 acres from 14 villages in Lakonia Peloponnesus, certified by the quality standard of Integrated Management System, following environmental friendly techniques, and their products made under the highest international standards. The olive oil is solely from one variety and crop and has low acidity. It gains its purity in a natural way and has not undergone any technical treatment, preserving the rich fruity aroma and smooth taste along with all special health benefits.
