Greek Parboiled Yellow Rice

High quality Parboiled yellow rice (American type) produced, processed and packaged in Greece.
The three basic steps of parboiling are soaking, steaming and drying. Because of the special processing, parboiled rice is a better source of fiber, calcium, potassium and vitamin B-6 than regular white rice.
One cup of cooked parboiled rice provides 41 grams of total carbohydrates, 1.4 gr fiber, low glycemic score, rich in niacin, rich in vitamin B-6, calcium, iron, magnesium and potassium.
